November/December 2025 Fun Lunch Ordering Instructions
Dear Lester Families:
Lester PTA volunteers work with local restaurants to cater lunch to students. We call it “Fun Lunch”- it is a very popular PTA program and the students LOVE it! We are continuing to have Fun Lunch every other week this school year! The Fun Lunch ordering window is NOW OPEN through Sunday, November 2nd at 11:59pm.

Friday, November 7th: Al’s Hot Dog or Grilled Cheese Lunch (choose from hot dog or grilled cheese with chips and a two pack of Oreos on the side; gluten free bun available for hot dog)

Friday, November 21st: Chick-fil-A (8 count nuggets, NEW Chick-fil-A Sauce FLAVORED waffle chips and chocolate chunk cookie, gluten/peanut oil free available) *Email hotfood@lesterpta.com for a vegetarian option*

Friday, December 5th: Great American Bagel (cheese pizza bagel with chips and a rice krispie treat)

Friday, December 19th: Culver’s (Choose from cheeseburger, hamburger or grilled cheese, served with Classic Lays and vanilla custard, gluten free cheeseburger available)
Ordering is now open and will close on Sunday, November 2nd at 11:59pm. Once ordering closes, late orders WILL NOT be accepted. Please email hotfood@lesterpta.com with any questions or to discuss allergens.
HOW TO ORDER

Please list your child's full name and class for each item purchased to ensure they receive their lunch.

If you are purchasing for multiple students, enter full name and select a teacher, then hit "Add to Cart". Repeat for each additional child.

Once you have all the Fun Lunch orders for each of your students, click on the cart to check out. You will receive an email receipt from "no-reply@memberhub.com" with the title Receipt from Lester PTA.

Orders are placed only during the “ordering window,” (approximately every two months) and we are unable to refund or cancel your order if your child is sick or otherwise not at school on the scheduled delivery date. We are ONLY able to refund all or a portion of your order before the ordering window closes for each Fun Lunch ordering cycle.
IMPORTANT PROGRAM INFO:

If your child is absent on Fun Lunch day, you can stop by the front doors between 11:20am and 12:00pm to pick it up from a committee member. Otherwise, their lunch will be donated to the teacher’s lounge. There are no refunds for sick days.

Be sure to send a healthy fruit/veggie snack on Fun Lunch Days as you would on regular days.

You are responsible for knowing which Fun Lunch meals you purchased for your child. You can always refer to your emailed receipt to check your order dates.

The PTA orders an EXACT amount of lunches for each Fun Lunch date and we only have enough for the children that have orders. You must send lunch with your child if you did not place an order for a particular Fun Lunch day.
