The mission of Lester PTA is to make every child's potential a reality. 

We facilitate over 30 enrichment programs and more to Lester's 500+ students from 300+ families!

Lester PTA has been recognized by the Illinois PTA organization with a Platinum Membership Award for the last 3 years for our strong membership levels and demonstrating excellence in PTA management.

What if I don't have time for PTA? 

• We understand that not everyone can or wants to volunteer their time. As a member of PTA, you will never be required to donate your time . 

• The simple act of paying your family's $22 PTA membership helps us offer programs to your student and all students at Lester. 

• Your membership keeps you connected to PTA updates, events, and more.

How can I stay updated on Lester PTA fundraising efforts and how funds are spent?

• All are welcome at PTA meetings to hear budget updates and provide input.  

• Learn more about how the PTA raised and spent funds during the last full school year 

• Review the 2025-26 PTA Budget and find links to Treasurer's Report updates in PTA Meeting Minutes.
